Honda is returning in the small SUV/crossover (subcompact) segment with 2018 HR-V. The current generation model seems to lack behind in some parameters like safety tech, but automakers ensure those will improve in 2018 Honda HR-V.
Other than that, the impressive interior package of 2017 model will be retained and slight exterior cosmetic refreshments might be done. Honda has designed this CUV to sit below CR-V for competing with the likes of Jeep Renegade, Chevrolet Trax, and Mazda CX-3. Like the current generation model, 2018 Honda HR-V will come in 3 trims viz. EX-L, EX, and LX.

Honda will also retain the 17-inch aluminum alloy wheel which is sporty and have low profile tires. Exterior changes will mostly influence the hood which might adopt new scoops and flanked fenders.
The interior cabin of existing HR-V benefits from a great noise insulation which will see further improvements in 2018 Honda HR-V. As there’s no dual screen clutter in the existing model, 2018 HR-V is likely to incorporate it. However, the single infotainment screen will also be carried over in this cabin.
The interior cabin of Honda HR-V also boasts of an unbelievable 70.9 cubic feet of cargo space and 2018 version will include this as well. Honda’s signature ‘Magic Seats’ will be used along which involves folding and flipping of second-row seats like a lawn chair. This in-turn helps in opening up storage space.
There have been feedbacks that the current generation includes very few safety tech. Honda will certainly look forward to improving this 2018 Honda HR-V on safety features. Some of the features to be included are:
